Management

We handle all our customers’ incoming mail at our sites in Zürich and Geneva, as well as in Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. In addition, we have near- and offshore centers in Poland and Vietnam. We automate business processes using the latest software, which we operate from our data center in Zürich-Urdorf, or by installing the applications at the customer’s own premises.

Urs Birrer

Director of the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Region
Alongside his role as Managing Director of the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Region, Urs Birrer is also directly responsible for the Sales & Marketing department. Urs Birrer has held various management positions, such as managing director at RR Donnelly for the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Region, president at Swisslog Software AG, vice president at Unisys EMEA Division, and chief marketing officer at Unisys for the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Region. Urs Birrer studied economics and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance.

Olivier Grizel

Director of Finance & Administration
Olivier Grizel worked for various international companies from 2010 and joined the management team at Tessi Solutions in September 2015. During his career he has gained experience in logistics, luxury goods, and pharmaceutical companies. He holds a degree in economics and is certified as a chartered accountant (ACCA) and as an executive master for internal controlling and risk management

Stephan Lewering

Director of Professional Services
Stephan Lewering has worked for Tessi Solutions in a range of capacities since 2011, and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2016. He is responsible for project implementation, customer support and information technology infrastructures. His focal areas are process-optimized project management and CISSP within IT security and compliance. With these skills, he translates our customers’ wishes into action

Armin Süsstrunk

Director of Mailroom Services
Since late 2001, Armin Süsstrunk has been responsible for the processing centers in Zürich-Urdorf and Geneva-Carouge within the mailroom services business area at Tessi Solutions. He coordinates the various processing teams and supports their customers. Previously, Armin Süsstrunk provided management services within IT and logistics for several years.
