We handle all our customers’ incoming mail at our sites in Zürich and Geneva, as well as in Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. In addition, we have near- and offshore centers in Poland and Vietnam. We automate the business processes required using the latest software, which we operate from our data center in Zürich-Urdorf. If desired, we can also host your applications within the EU.
The solution portfolio
We continually develop the services we offer to our customers. We are currently making the final preparations to receive ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This certification will demonstrate that the Tessi Solutions information security management system (ISMS) and the associated processes for rendering services and system developments meet the demands of the ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally leading standard for information security management systems. It applies to both private and public companies as well as non-profit organizations, and defines the requirements for introducing, implementing, monitoring, and improving an information security management system (ISMS) that encompasses, in a process-oriented manner, all the information security values relevant for a given scope. Information security relates to more than just pure IT. All aspects of information security that are essential to the operation of a company or authority are taken into consideration. Alongside technical and organizational measures, this includes a risk analysis in which the relevant threats are examined.
